Our goal is to take as much stress as possible out of the building process.  Allowing you to enjoy the experience and anticipation of your new home.  With this goal in mind, we have several Villa floor plans from which to choose for both slab and walk-out homes.  Our villas range from 1400 to 2000 square feet on the main floor, and all our plans feature main floor primary bedrooms, laundry rooms, and kitchens, with interior finish options for every budget.
